古费大厅 is named in honor of long time employees, John R. Guffey, Dean of Admissions and Sheryl K. Guffey, Dean of Campus Life.
Located on the horizon side of campus, 古费大厅 is home to 187 CO-ED freshman and upperclassmen from a variety of majors, 体育, and cultural backgrounds. The rooms are a made-up of two-person bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between two rooms, along with a handful of three-person rooms with a private bathroom. Guffey has stairs and a fully-functional elevator to transport students to upper floors. Each resident of Lindenwood University in Guffey is provided with an extra-long twin bed frame, 床垫, three-drawer dresser, 桌子上, 椅子, 壁橱或衣柜.
On the second floor of Guffey, there is a comfortable lounge furnished with couches, 表, 椅子, 一台微波炉, 桌上足球, 和一个大屏幕电视, 非常适合用餐, 研究, or gaming tournaments. In addition to the lounge, there is also a laundry facility on the first floor. Students are allowed to have mini-fridges in their rooms, as well as one microwave per room (700 watts or less). Any additional furniture a resident wishes to bring into their room that compromises the shared space between roommates must be approved by the Residential Community Coordinator over 古费大厅.
Guffey is complete with all the modern amenities such as air conditioning, 新的无线网络, and has several handicap accessible certified rooms.
